What It Does



The Genos Model of Emotional Intelligence was the first EI assessment instrument developed specifically for the workplace.

It's constructed to help improve emotional intelligence for individuals, teams and organizations in five fundamental areas: leadership, sales, customer service, interpersonal development and change management.

The Genos model is:
