The Genos EI Enhancement Program is a comprehensive development curriculum that includes:

  • a pre-program multi-rater assessment

  • our 10-module EI Enhancement Kit, with each module focused on the development of EI behaviors in the seven dimensions of the Genos EI model

  • a post-program multi-rater assessment—to measure the change in demonstrated EI behavior over time.
